Refund and Cancellation Policy
Clear rules on what is refundable, so there are no surprises later.

This policy covers WhiteCoat Yatra's own service fee. Tuition, hostel and other university fees are refunded only under the university's own rules.
Our service fee

Money we pay to others for you
Visa fees, apostille, notary and translation charges, courier charges, air tickets and insurance are paid to other providers and are not refundable by us. Airline refunds follow the airline's rules.
University fees
If you pay tuition or hostel fees and then cancel, or if the visa is refused, the university decides whether to refund and how much. Many universities refund tuition when a visa is refused, after deducting bank and processing charges. We will help you claim it.
How to ask for a refund
Email [Email address] with the student's name, your payment receipt and the reason. We reply within 7 working days, and approved refunds are paid to the original payment account within 15 working days.
