About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website or our services. "We" means [Registered company name], trading as WhiteCoat Yatra. "You" means the student and the parent or guardian who uses our services.

What we do

We give counselling on studying medicine abroad, help you choose a university, prepare and submit your application, and help with the admission letter, visa, travel and arrival. We are an independent consultancy. We are not a university, and we are not connected to the National Medical Commission (NMC) or any government.

What we cannot promise

• Admission: the university decides. We cannot guarantee a seat.
• Visa: the embassy decides. We cannot guarantee a visa.
• Recognition in India: whether a student can practise in India depends on meeting NMC rules and clearing FMGE or NExT. We explain the rules, but meeting them is the student's responsibility.
• Fees and rules: university fees, exchange rates and NMC rules change. Figures on this website are indicative; we confirm current fees in writing before you pay.

Your responsibilities

• Give us true information and genuine documents. Fake or altered documents will end our services immediately with no refund.
• Pay university, hostel and other fees on time, directly or as agreed in writing.
• Follow the rules of the university and the laws of the country where you study.

Fees

Our service fee, if any, and what it covers are set out in writing before you pay. University tuition and hostel fees are paid to the university or as the university directs, and their refund rules are the university's. See our refund and cancellation policy.

Website content

We work to keep information on this website accurate, but it may contain errors or be out of date. Photographs come from Wikimedia Commons under free licences and are credited on each page; some show the city rather than the university.

Liability

We are not responsible for decisions made by universities, embassies, airlines, banks or regulators, or for events outside our control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the service fee you paid us.
