How admission works

• 15% All India Quota: Through MCC counselling on your NEET All India Rank. No domicile needed. Central reservation applies (SC 15%, ST 7.5%, OBC-NCL 27%, EWS 10%, PwD 5%).
• 85% state quota: Through Haryana state counselling, run by Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences (UHSR), Rohtak, on behalf of DMER Haryana. State-quota seats need a Haryana Resident Certificate (e.g. passed qualifying exam from a Haryana school, parent a Haryana govt employee, 15+ years' residence, born in Haryana).
• ESIC insured persons: ESIC colleges also keep seats for wards of ESIC insured persons, filled through MCC with an IP certificate.
