How admission works

• All seats: Through Haryana state counselling, run by Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Sciences (UHSR), Rohtak, on behalf of DMER Haryana. State counselling fills the government quota, management quota and NRI seats in private colleges.
• Students from other states: UHSR-affiliated private colleges: 50% State Quota (Haryana residents only) and 50% Management (incl. 15% NRI). Management seats are open to candidates from anywhere in India on NEET rank (2023 Haryana Gazette). Vacant private state-quota seats after the online rounds are converted to management quota. Private universities (SGT, Al-Falah) follow the Haryana Private Universities Act split.

Annual Renewal Permitted for 150 MBBS seats for AY 2025-26. Annual Renewal granted for 150 MBBS Seats for the AY 2026-27. LoP dated 03-08-2026 granted for increase in intake of 50 MBBS seats from 150 to 200 for Academic Year 2026-27.
