Who can apply

Govt state-quota seats are mainly for Uttarakhand-domicile candidates (valid domicile certificate); reservation only for UK domicile. Non-domicile candidates who passed 10th and 12th in Uttarakhand may be eligible without reservation.

Private college seats: HNBUMU counsels 100% of private seats; private seats include an All India Open Quota needing no domicile. Example: SGRR Dehradun 2026-27 has 75% All India Open Quota (₹24 lakh/yr) and 25% Uttarakhand quota (₹18 lakh/yr).
